My latest creation provides a deliciously tongue tingling punch in an 8 oz jar of dry rub for all meats, poultry and seafood. I used turbinado sugar for a touch of sweeness which has a slight natural molasses flavor to it.
This combined with the heat of cumin and cayenne and the smokiness of sea salt and paprika is a very unique combination that will superbly flavor all baked roasted or barbequed meats to perfection.
