1 tsp Dijon mustard or stone ground mustard
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar or any quality vinegar of choice
1 - 2 tsp Mediterranean Medley spice blend ( more or less as desired )
Whisk mustard & olive oil, add the vinegar and spices. Place in a glass jar with well fitting lid. refrigerate between usage, & shake well before each use.
Great on all salads, vegetable tray dips and/or fresh sour dough bread.
