This spice blend is very earthy and rather pungent, with a slight heat to it, but when added to meats and/or vegetables especially for grilling it adds a distinctive punch and a tasty full flavored factor to all it comes in contact with....and with the added smokiness of the grill makes is all the more appetizing.
