A custom blend specifically using the spices Ginger and Garlic...with a twist. I created this delightful spice blend using both of those ingredients plus fennel pollen...a recent addition to my spice blend family. The Pollen from this plant which is native to the Pacific Coast area in California is bold yet delicate in flavor. as always with a fennel herb it tastes somewhat of licorice...or anise yet it is far more soft and delicate of a flavor. It goes exeptionally well with lobster, crab, and all seafood but also goes well with other meat, egg and vegetable dishes. Truly a very versatile addition in delicious dishes..
