2 boneless skinless chicken breasts ( or cuts of your choice )

1/2 cup natural full fat plain Greek yogurt ( not reduced fat as you want the marinade thick)

1.5 TB lemon juice

3 - 4 tsp Tangy Turmeric ( herbal harmony blend, or any spicy mix of your favorite spices ) 

Coconut oil 


Mix the yogurt and lemon juice well, add the spices mix again until well incorporated, add the chicken and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. 


Add enough coconut oil to a large skillet and cook chicken until done ( no pink ) or grill on the BBQ which would add even more flavor, however either way will work. 


Serve with rice, quinoa, noodles or baked potato and/or grilled fresh vegetables.
